Taiwan Expo USA needed a main-stage build that could anchor a national pavilion on the Hall A floor in Dallas. The show runs three days, so the setup had to go in fast on a ground stage, hold up through back-to-back sessions, and be run by a crew that stays on site the whole time.
We supplied the full production package: a main LED wall for the general session, stage lighting, and a technician crew to run it. The wall carried the pavilion's video for keynotes and presentations at center stage. Lighting covered the speakers and the set. Our crew handled the ground install in Hall A, custom-fit to the pavilion layout, and stayed on to operate the show through all three days. We own the gear and we crew the show, so the same team that built it ran it.
The pavilion ran August 14-16, 2025 with our crew on site for the full three-day expo. It is the second Taiwan Expo build we have handled, after the 2022 edition in Washington DC, covering the main stage from wall to lighting to operation.
