1. Who we are

This website is operated by Top LED Lumination ("TLL", "we", "us"). We rent and install LED video walls, touchscreens and related audio-visual equipment for trade shows, corporate events and permanent installations.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, and the details of your event: its name, dates, city, and whatever you tell us in the message field. We also record how you heard about us if you tell us.

If you place a show order through our order page, we collect your name, email address and phone number, your show name and booth location, your chosen installation date and time, and the items you order. This is stored in our own database so we can fulfil the order and keep your installation slot.

We never receive or store your card details. Payment is handled directly by Square, and all we keep is the reference number Square gives us for the transaction.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and the services listed in Section 3 automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, what you click, and the page or search that referred you.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal information through this website.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Specifically:

• Google Analytics 4 — how visitors find and move through the site, which pages hold attention, and

which lead to a quote request. Reporting is aggregated.

• Google Ads, including remarketing — measures which ads produce quote requests, and may show you

TLL ads on other sites after you have visited ours.

• Microsoft Clarity — see Section 4.

We market to the United States, Canada and parts of Mexico, and this site is not directed at visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom. We do not operate a cookie consent banner; this policy is how we disclose what we use.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's own browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

4. Session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with this site. This includes mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and how you move through pages, and it can be replayed as a session recording. We use it to find layout and usability problems.

Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields. We use these recordings to improve the site, never to identify individual visitors. Microsoft's own privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.

5. How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• prepare and send you a quote, and follow up about it
• fulfil and support an order you place
• respond to your questions
• operate, secure and improve the website
• measure the effectiveness of our advertising
• meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not use quote-form information for unrelated marketing.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run our business:

These providers run the website and process payments for us. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not pass your details to other companies, to partners, or to anyone else in our industry. Your information stays with us and is used only to do business with you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

7. We do not sell or share your personal information

We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the preceding twelve months, and we do not do so now. We do not sell the personal information of minors.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• access a copy of it
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it, subject to records we must keep by law — see below for exactly what we do
• opt out of the sale or sharing of it — as stated in Section 7, we do not do this
• not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Nevada residents have the right under NRS 603A to direct us not to sell covered information.

What deletion actually means here. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove your name, email address, phone number, and your show and booth details from our records. Where you have placed a paid order, we are required to keep a record of the transaction itself for tax and accounting purposes, so the invoice number, the date, the amount and the items ordered remain in our records with your personal details removed. We would rather tell you this plainly than promise an erasure we cannot lawfully perform.

Two things we cannot reach. Your order confirmation is emailed to our team when you order, and those copies sit in individual mailboxes; we remove your details from our systems but cannot guarantee every emailed copy is destroyed. And where you paid by card, Square keeps its own record of that payment under its own retention policy, which we do not control. We keep only Square's reference number for the transaction, never your card details — but that reference number still corresponds to a record held by Square, so the transaction is not anonymous even after we have removed your details from our own records. If you want Square's copy removed, you would need to contact Square directly.

To exercise any right, email privacy@topledlumination.com with your request. We will verify your identity by replying to the email address we hold for you, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.

9. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and the correspondence about them for as long as we may still do business with you, and we delete them when you ask us to. We do not set a fixed expiry date. Order records are kept as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. If you ask us to delete your information, the personal details are removed from the order record and only the anonymous financial record remains. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the services in Section 3.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls on the systems that hold it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This site is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
