The LED Theatre

A seated room wrapped in LED. We build the theatre, drive the screen, and run a repeatable showing on schedule.

The brief

Some booths need to do more than draw a crowd off the aisle. They need to sit people down, hold their attention, and tell a story start to finish. The LED Theatre is our format for that: an enclosed room on the show floor with a wall of LED for a screen and seats facing it, running a timed showing on a loop.

What we built

We build the theatre as a full package. The screen is a wall of LED, sized to the room so the picture reads clean from the front row to the back. Structure frames the space and hides the rig, so the audience sees the picture and nothing else. Video processing feeds the wall and keeps the image locked. Content QA and scheduling keep the showing running on time, every cycle, all day. We own the gear and we crew it, so the room that goes up is a room we can stand behind.

The result

The payoff is a room that runs itself once the doors open. Seats fill, the showing plays, the next group sits down. Because the same crew builds the structure, drives the processing, and owns the schedule, there is one team accountable for the picture staying up from load-in to teardown.

The details

By the numbers.

  • The theatre is a full package: LED screen, structure, video processing, and content scheduling, all from one crew.
  • The showing runs on a timed loop, QA'd and scheduled to play clean every cycle through show hours.
  • We own the gear and crew the show, so one team is accountable from load-in to teardown.
