An automotive brand needed a live world premiere for a new vehicle in Santa Fe, NM. Not a trade-show booth. A one-room reveal where the car is the moment and the visuals carry it. That meant getting the room right before build day and running production live on site with no second take.
TLL ran this one end to end. We started with a venue survey to map the room, sightlines, power, and rigging before anything shipped. On build day the crew put up three LED walls as the visual backbone, hung and programmed the lighting, and set the audio for the reveal. We owned the gear and crewed the show, so the same team that surveyed the space handled on-site production, ran it live, then did the install and dismantle. One crew, one package, survey to strike.
The reveal ran as a full crewed production: three LED walls, lighting, and audio driven live on site, then broken down by the same team. A single-vendor package meant one point of accountability from the venue walk-through through dismantle.
