Someone walks up to a screen beside your wall, takes a photo, and picks a look. Half a minute later there they are on the LED wall, restyled, next to everyone else who stepped up. By the end of the day the wall is a picture of who came.
Six screens, no instructions needed.
There is one path through it. Nobody has to be told what to do.

They walk up
A portrait touchscreen sits beside the wall reading "Get on the wall". The camera is off until someone chooses to start.

They agree, in one line
One sentence, not a wall of terms: TLL can take the photo, restyle it with AI, show it on the wall, and email a copy. Consent is logged with a timestamp and a hash of the exact wording shown.

It finds them and counts down
The camera opens with a live mirrored preview. It watches for someone standing still, coaches them onto the mark, then runs a 3-2-1 countdown and fires. There is a "take it now" button for anyone who would rather not wait.

They pick a look
Ten looks, chosen on the screen. Tapping one sends them straight on — nobody is parked watching a loading bar.

They give an email, or not
Email is optional and there is a "no thanks" that still puts them on the wall. Marketing opt-in is a separate box, unticked.

Their photo goes up immediately. The AI version replaces it about 35 to 45 seconds later, and the emailed copy follows.

Every look writes itself fresh for each guest. World Tour alone picks from twelve different places, and it matches the setting, the clothes and the props so the picture hangs together. Two people choosing the same look get two different pictures.

Every look is told to keep the person recognisable. They should look like themselves, somewhere else.
It never stops filling.
400 at once
The wall holds four hundred portraits. Past that the oldest roll off the front, so it keeps moving through a long show instead of filling up and stopping.
Up straight away
A guest's photo appears the moment they pick a look, dimmed and shimmering while the AI works, then swaps to the finished version in place.
It survives a knock
If the wall display is restarted mid-show it reloads everything already on it. Nobody loses their spot.
What we tell them, and what we do.
One sentence, before anything happens
The camera does not switch on until someone agrees. What they agree to is one line, in plain words: we can take the photo, restyle it with AI, show it on the wall, and email them a copy. We log that they agreed, when, and a fingerprint of the exact wording they were shown.
Their email is theirs
Giving an email is optional, and skipping it still puts them on the wall. Marketing is a separate box, unticked, and ignoring it changes nothing about their photo. We never ask for a phone number.
Wiped at the end of the show
Our crew clears it down when the show ends: every photo deleted, every stored address overwritten. We keep the consent records themselves, because that is the proof each guest agreed. It is a deliberate action by a person, not a timer nobody checks.
The photos do leave the building
Worth saying plainly: the restyling is done by an AI service, so photos go out to it and come back. Emails go out through a delivery service. Nothing is kept by either beyond doing the job, and nothing sits in a cloud account of ours afterwards.

How long does a photo take?
About 35 to 45 seconds from picking a look to the finished version appearing. That is measured, not estimated. Guests are not made to wait at the kiosk: their photo goes up straight away and the AI version replaces it.
What if the AI cannot do it?
The photo comes off the wall and no email goes out. We would rather show nothing than post a guest an unfinished result, so that is a deliberate rule rather than a failure mode we hide.
How many photos does the wall hold?
Four hundred at once. Past that the oldest roll off the front, so the wall keeps moving all show rather than filling up and stopping.
Does it use facial recognition?
No. Nothing identifies anyone. The camera watches for a person standing still by comparing a very low-resolution grayscale version of the frame against the empty scene. There is no face model and no biometric data.
What happens to the photos afterwards?
Our crew wipes them at the end of the show: every photo file deleted and every stored email address overwritten. We keep the consent record itself, because that is the evidence the guest agreed.
Can guests get their photo any other way?
Email only. We do not collect phone numbers, and there is no print, QR or text option.
Can the looks be changed for our event?
The look list is a plain text file we edit on site, so names, wording and the scene descriptions inside each look can be tuned to your event, including working your colours into the scenes. Talk to us early if you want something written specifically for your show.
