What corporate event LED costs.
From a single general session to a multi-room, multi-day show, the price moves on the same handful of levers. Here is what they are, so the quote reads clearly.
The levers for live events.
- 01
Stage wall size and pitch
The main wall is the biggest line. Wider walls and finer pitch for camera and close audiences cost more than a smaller wall at standard pitch.
- 02
IMAG and side screens
Image magnification, side screens, and confidence monitors add displays, processing, and the switching to run them in sync.
- 03
Crew and show-running
Load-in, a tech running the wall to the cue sheet, and strike. A multi-day show with rehearsals carries more crew than a single general session.
- 04
Rigging and venue
Hung scenic and ground support price differently, and union or venue rules in some cities change the labor math.
- 05
Rooms and duration
One general session is one thing. Add breakouts, a second day, and a rehearsal day and the package grows.
What it typically runs.
Live events scale with the production, so these are starting ranges. Send us the run-of-show, the room, and the dates, and we'll spec the real number.
The stage wall on its own
$4,500–$25,000+Prices like a booth wall: a smaller wall runs roughly $4,500 to $7,000 for the gear, a wide keynote wall $12,000 to $25,000 and up.
IMAG and side screens
Scoped to the roomDisplays, processing, and the switching to drive them, added on top of the stage wall.
A full general session
$50,000–$250,000Lighting, PA, IMAG, and a crew running the show to the cue sheet scales into the five and six figures, depending on the room, how many rooms, and the production scope.
